Equally, your role as a manager will flex between, counsellor, manager, coach, leader, motivator and trainer. This 90 minute live virtual class will provide you with the skills and confidence to manage your teams remotely and drive performance.

We will look at how to connect with your team remotely, and walk that balance between being empathetic and human, whilst still focusing the teams performance.
